Hello hello. Missed me? Awwww, i know. Well you're in luck today, because pandabasher feels like some TYPING. I mean, even thelouisa has quit blogger (thanks to the lastest uh, Girlfriendmag?). -
Spent practically the whole day out with a camera-man. Not that fun, i can tell ya'. The only benefit would be a V.I.P pass, but that wasn't necessary today. Oh yeah, and the free food. When you attend Taiwanese events, however big it is, there's always a restaurant sponsoring.
First stop Chatswood. Some taiwanese medical-advice classes held there. No, pandabasher doesn't require no medical assistance. That chubby guy kept going on about how to check whether someone lying motionless on the ground has fainted.
Not to do: Stick your face close to theirs and go 'Hey mate, you alright?' What to do: Kick the person. Or check their breathing if youre bothered.
Stayed there for like 2 hours before grabbing two rice-noodle lunch boxes they were giving out, and leaving for city -our next stop.
Yet another Taiwanese thing. A visit to Sydney by some important-guy. It was so awkward when i went in (without any adult). The people glanced at me weirdly, some trying to figure out who i was, & whether or not to cheer and come greet me; others thinking i was some hobo that came in for food and shelter. I'm serious. The old ladies even asked me. Which is why i simply dumped my bag on one of the chairs and left to the city library. They had a HUGE collection of manga; with one disadvantage. It was all in chink. Meaning i could only understand half of it. Had some soy drink from easyway afterwards. My dad gave me some new information too; Certain scientists have found that the 'pearls' in China, that comes with our beloved milk tea, is made of plastic. Long-term consuming would cause illness. He doubts the imported products sold in Australia is any safer, so he kept glaring at my drink. Heh, guess i'd be having jelly from now.
When that was done, we went wandering at Darling Harbour in search of dinner. At least i know i'm not gaining any more weight today, thanks to all the walking. :)
